Recent user-facing Treeherder changes:
* Added "Backfill this job" and "Trigger Missing Jobs" options for
triggering coalesced/missing job runs.
* Added an inspect task link to the job details panel for TaskCluster jobs.
* Fixed forward/backward job keyboard navigation wrapping.
* Added a confirmation prompt when deleting a job visibility exclusion
profile.
* The "You must be logged in" warning is shown sooner when trying to cancel
a job if not signed in.
* Added support for TSan and e10s OS X talos job types.
* The tree state is now clearer when treestatus.m.o is unavailable.
* Pulse messages are now sent when people use "Cancel all", so tools like
mozci can listen for the event.
* Log viewer: TinderboxPrint lines are now displayed in the job details
section.
* Log viewer: Styling and layout improvements.
* API: The API now supports versioning (specified using the Accepts
header), which will allow for safer deprecation/modification of endpoints
(see bug 1145720).
* API: Treeherder's API is now browsable (eg
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/api/project/mozilla-inbound/jobs/?count=1&result_set_id=18152
).
* API: Removed the objectstore and revision-lookup endpoints.
+ several data ingestion fixes, backend performance improvements and
backend/API/auth refactoring work.

Perfherder:
* Added auto-completion of recent revisions in compare chooser.
* Link to Treeherder rather than the pushlog from the graphs view (for
easier retriggering).
* Comparisons with a low confidence now display a recommendation to
retrigger.
* Duplicate perf data is now avoided (and old dupes cleaned up).
* Adding more than 5 perf series to the graph now ask for confirmation.
* Several UX improvements to compare UI.
