Hello sheriffs,
I would like to know *when* is automatic back filling useful for you.
I would also like to know *when* we should not backfill.
I know that we have to do a better job for backout, however, besides
fixing that, what criteria would help us?
e.g.
* Do not backfill if a push has more than X% of successful jobs
