Treeherder has had a few deploys since the last email.

Notable changes:
* Bug number and Github PR mentions are now correctly turned into links.
* Added an "Infra" menu that links to infrastructure health dashboards.
* Added support for distinguishing "tier 2" jobs.
* Added "Copy values on hover" support for the job name (see help page).
* The UI no longer adds duplicate platform rows on every refresh for
unrecognised job types.
* Population of the bugscache (used by bug suggestions) is now fixed for
recent bugs.
* Cleaned up log in/out menu, which paves the way for additional menu items
(eg "settings").
* Improvements to error notifications/banners.
* Added a new "nojobs" URL parameter (see help page).
* Added support for new Spidermonkey & l10n repack job types.
* The embeddable Treeherder push view now displays correct counts,
refreshes automatically, and links open in a new tab.
* API: Jobs now include the build system type (ie taskcluster or buildbot).
* API: Bug suggestion artefacts now contain a list of all search terms that
were tried.
* Perfherder: Added an overview plot with zoom functionality.
* Perfherder: Enabled manual entry in highlight revision box.
* Perfherder: Subtest results are now shown when selecting summary series
datapoints.
