Notable changes from today & last Wednesday's Treeherder deploys:

* Improved filtering links for non-buildbot jobs in the job details panel.
* Auto-refresh of the error summary when the log parsing was not finished
has been fixed.
* Improvements to display of notifications (eg for retriggers, failure
classification).
* Changes to job exclusions now take effect immediately, without requiring
the visibility profile to also be re-saved.
* The default repository has been changed to mozilla-inbound.
* Focusing the quick-filter field no longer selects all text.
* New icons added for "not yet retrieved" and "unrecognised" tree status
states.
* Python package management has been overhauled, which will improve
determinism/reliability of deploys and package updates.
* Log parsing performance/concurrency improvements.
* Perfherder: Addition of compare-talos tool & many other fixes.
