Intent to deprecate: named values the mathsize attribute

In bug 1548527, I intend to deprecate mathsize's attribute values
"small", "big" and "normal" from MathML3 [1]. The two first do not
specify an exact font-size values (and have inconsistent
implementations) while the third one is the same as the default value.
Incidentally, note that names differ from CSS font-size keywords, which
is confusing for users.
The MathML CG agreed to remove them from MathML Core and
was not able to find any use of it [2] [3]. However, these values are
also implemented in WebKit. So for now, the plan is just to introduce a
preference to disable them in Nighly build.
