Summary:
Some values of unicode-bidi (isolate, isolate-override, plaintext) have
been implemented with -moz- prefix for quite a while. And now I have a
build which passes all tests of this property from CSS working group, so I
think it is good time to unprefix.

Do other browser engines implement this?
Chrome has shipped unprefixed unicode-bidi values since 48 when they passed
all tests of that property.
