Intent to deprecate: named values for <mfrac>'s linethickness attribute

Hi,
In bug 1548529, I intend to deprecate <mfrac>'s linethickness attribute
values "thin", "thick" and "medium" from MathML3. The two first do not
specify an exact thickness while the third one is the same as the
default value. The MathML CG agreed to remove them from MathML Core and
was not able to find any use of it [3]. However, these values are also
implemented in WebKit. So for now, the plan is just to introduce a
preference to disable them in Nighly build.
