Buildbot to TaskCluster Migration status update 29 October 2015

- Work on Okta stalled waiting for production enabling by IT.
- Additional work on login details between Jonas and Dustin proceeding,
nearly complete.
- Jake (dividehex) has started in on prototyping for a coalescing
mechanism.
- Andrew raised an issue about "job details" that Greg is following up
on with the sheriffs. Does not appear to be blocking.
- Work continues on pvtbuilds plan, some things are coming together:
