[Planned outage] MDN search maintenance

At 09:00 PST, WebOps will be restarting MDN's ElasticSearch cluster.
Expected down-time is 5-10 minutes. We will post a top banner notification
on the MDN site.
During the outage, site search will be unavailable, and edits/updates to
pages will not be indexed. When the search cluster is back up, new
edits/updates to pages will re-index the full contents to back-fill any
updates missed during the outage.
