bumpers for MDN videos

Over in bug 1145759[1], Rainer Cvillink made these awesome intro/outro bits
we can use for MDN videos.
I've made a new repo under github.com/mdn where we can keep stuff like this
[2].
I've also started a sad page on MDN [3] that currently just links to the
repo. Eventually it could have more actual guidance on making screencasts.
