Please check bugs for your locale

Hi everyone,
I've taken a look at the status of the Mozilla Localizations product in
Bugzilla, and there are currently almost 500 open bugs, some of them
obsolete, but some still actionable.

We now have a document explaining how to follow your own locale's
component on Bugzilla, at least one person in each team should do it.

This will ensure that new bugs are seen by each team in a timely manner.

But the first step should be to go through all the open bugs for your
locale, determine if they're still valid and fix them, or close them if
they're obsolete. If you have doubts, feel free to NEEDINFO me (search
for :flod) or ping me on IRC and I'll be happy to help.

The fastest way to check open bugs is to go to you team page
https://l10n.mozilla.org/teams/

For example for bn-BD: https://l10n.mozilla.org/teams/bn-BD

At the bottom of the page there's a list of open bugs with recent
activity, and a link to all open bugs.

In the meantime, I'll keep going through them and closing bug clearly
obsolete.
