[fennec] Added back 2 translations to Pontoon locales for Fennec

Hi,
Quick heads-up: today is merge day, and this morning a backout of code
landed in mozilla-central, resurrecting two strings in preferences for
Firefox for Android.

To minimize the damage, I went in and re-added the existing translations
in Pontoon to all locales enabled there (some locales were already
done), double checking with

https://transvision.mozfr.org/string/?entity=mobile/android/base/android_strings.dtd:pref_custom_tabs_summary3&repo=release

This explains why you'll see activity/contributions from my account.

Translations will be added back automatically to Pootle locales. If you
work directly on Mercurial, you will need to fix the file.

Unlike Firefox desktop, we don't plan to enable Beta channel for Fennec,
and this should reduce the impact on locales that were complete until a
few hours ago.

Sorry for the noise, sadly we don't have control over what lands so
close to merge day.

Hi Francesco.

Interesting fact is these strings never disappeared from the Czech
l10n-central repository, despite not more than two weeks ago Pontoon was
removing old strings from the project. But even if there is no commit in
your name, I am happy to introduce you as a new localizer anyway. :)

We changed the way Pontoon syncs to the repository a couple of weeks ago
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1361017

Before that Pontoon would remove all obsolete strings and files as soon
as possible, now it touches a file (including removing obsolete strings)
only if there's real activity from a localizer (translating new strings,
updating existing translations).

So, if you didn't touch android_strings.dtd after that day, these 2
"obsolete" strings would still be in the repository, but Pontoon
wouldn't know about them and show them as missing.

That may be a bit confusing? Shouldn't Pontoon pickup the translation from
the file, if the string is already there? At least as a suggestion?
