Making MDN links dynamic to locale

Sorry for spamming the list with multiple consecutive emails.

But I was just wondering about this.

I also came across the following types of strings while localizing Firefox.

The ServiceWorker for scope ‘%1$S’ encountered an error decrypting a push

So this string contains a link to MDN. If any locale already has their MDN
translated, then I guess they would translate the link to their
corresponding URL (or not?)

But for those locales who have not yet translated their MDN webpages will
obviously leave the link as it is (or in some cases, point to the locale
that closely matches theirs).

And when finally they translate MDN to their locale, they will probably
again need to search those links and change it to their locale in order to
make it more natural.

Instead of that, could we do some technical changes in future builds (I
guess which includes changing the codebase) so that `en-US` in the above
string will be a placeholder for locale code (defaults to en-US), so that
translation becomes a bit less redundant?

I don't know if this is a right place to drop this feedback, but I hope to
get some level of suggestion on this matter. :)

You can safely drop the en-US part, MDN will try to redirect the URL (in
the past I've some issues with it)
