Pocket l10n

Hi everyone,

After the Quantum launch a user brought this to my attention:
Pocket-related strings, albeit being already localized for a while,
appear in English in the Basque UI of Firefox.

I couldn't find any Pocket-related information on the mailing list
that would clarify this, so I wonder if this is intended and, if so,
what's the reasoning behind.

Answering myself, I just found out this source file:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/tip/browser/extensions/pocket/locale/jar.mn

Where it looks like an `|| AB_CD == eu` is missing, but there might be
other locales affected too.

If that's the list of locales Pocket understands then these locales seem
to be missing (when compared to the list of locales here[1]):

tl is mentioned in the comparisons, but I don't see it shipped.

Hi Julen,
I'm sorry about that. In the Quantum confusion, I didn't realize that
we were so much out of sync.

The problem is that, right now, the Pocket add-on is mostly unowned.
Unlike other system add-ons (Screenshots, Activity Stream), nobody is
doing pushes to code repository (mozilla-central), including string
updates. I need to restart the discussion about it, and likely move
those strings or, at least, have a clear schedule for string updates.

What does it involve to own and maintain the Pocket add-on code? I do not
know much about the processes in Mozilla yet, but if I am free the next
year, this add-on seems reasonably small in terms of features to start
contributing to.

Now that Pocket is officially part of Mozilla, I'm not sure what's the
destiny of that piece of code. I CCed Mike in case he has any
information.

In the meantime, we need to at least update the strings up to Beta.
