Localizers in credit.translation

I want to note that many long-time localizers are not listed in the
credits page [1]. The bug fixed in March 2011 [2] when
MOZ_LANGPACK_CREATOR and MOZ_LANGPACK_CONTRIBUTORS from defines.inc
was added to the credits (see comment 36).

For each locale, see [3] and click annotate to view the file's last
version where ab-CD is a locale code. Need to ensure the
credit.translation name(s) are in the credits.

credits.dtd has been removed from localization repositories in 2010,
there's no point in looking at the history of such file in Mercurial.
