Pontoon Tools available for Google Chrome

Hi l10ns.
I have release new version of Pontoon Tools today. The most important
change is the availability via Chrome Web Store
<https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pontoon-tools/gnbfbnpjncpghhjmmhklfhcglbopagbb>
for Google Chrome and other Chromium based browsers.
As I have promised earlier this week, the new version also reflects the
introduction of unreviewed state in Pontoon itself. That's the change
you praised in this mailing list in last few days.

There are more plans to improve Pontoon Tools in the second half of this
