Focus Android/iOS: What's Up

Hey localizers,

I've been waiting to get more clarity on the current status of Focus
projects, but since there aren't clear updates - and more and more people
asking me about this - here's a quick recap on where we are now:

Focus (Android and iOS) development is on pause right now. The small mobile
team is focusing on Firefox for Fire TV dev at the moment. Since the team
is already stretched thin, they can not work on both projects at the same
time.

We should be kicking things off again some time in mid-Feb. I'll of course
update here as soon as I learn more concrete details about this.

In the meantime, this means we are not shipping new locales on Focus, and
that we won't be generating screenshots until the schedule resumes.

Quick note about Firefox for Fire TV: the l10n repos will be set up post
their 1.1 launch and will be made available for localization via Pontoon as
usual. I don't know much more than that at this point :)
