Hi all,

this is an announcement of late l10n changes for Calendar and
Thunderbird for the upcoming major version TB 52 / Lightning 5.4 from
the Thunderbird and Calendar developer team.

As you know, we're in string freeze since November, 14. Unfortunately,
some important bugs with l10n impact missed to land in time before
moving TB 52 to Aurora. For other bugs, we received feedback of the
localizer community, which let us reconsider some strings that had
already landed before. So we end up in needing some late l10n changes.
All of the respective patches have been uplifted to Aurora yesterday and
today. Apart from that, no further late l10n changes are planned and
expected for Calendar and Thunderbird for the upcoming ESR release.

We appologize for any inconvenience caused by these late l10n changes,
especially if you have already started translating Thunderbird or
Calendar strings for your locale. But given the current Aurora cycle for
TB is longer then usual (the move of TB52 / Lightning 5.4 to Beta is
scheduled for Janury, 23; see the rapid release calendar [1]), we hope
this puts not too much burden on you and you can keep up with these
changes before 52 moves to beta.

Please find below a summary of the changes for Calendar and Thunderbird.

Dear localizer,

this is a further announcement of late l10n changes for Thunderbird for the upcoming major version TB 52 from the Thunderbird and Calendar developer team.

We have had questions regarding the translation of string "blockedContentMessage", see existing translations here:

https://transvision.mozfr.org/string/?entity=mail/chrome/messenger/messengercompose/composeMsgs.properties:blockedContentMessage&repo=aurora

That's why we decided to slightly clarify the wording and add some more localization notes to make it 100% clear.

Could those who have already translated the string please check their translation again.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
