Firefox 42 Beta on Pootle - update

Hi All,

We deployed Firefox 42 Beta on Pootle yesterday. But its taking a while to
load some of the files. I got caught out as the update is quite large from
the previous Beta we hosted to 42.

So in order to not waste anyones time updating strings that Pootle will
shortly overwrite here are some guidelines:

1. If you have no "Last Update" date for your languages on this page
http://mozilla.locamotion.org/projects/firefox-beta/ then please wait
2. If its about an hour ago, you are good to go.
3. If your language code is at the top of the alphabet you are good to
go, lower down and you'll need to wait
4. I expect this all to be loaded by the end of the day, lots of
thousands to load.
5. Once we're all loaded I'll enable commits - off for now so we don't
land any old stuff.

If you are still unclear just ping me and I'll double check for your
locale. But most people are unaffected or their language has already
loaded before they started doing any changes.
