Today's iOS L10N build will be delayed

Hi all,

I just noticed that due to an XML tag mismatch (missing /) in zh-TW, the
string import process is failing.

I'm adding better exception handling to the Python scripts so that a single
locale cannot abort the whole process.

The dashboard at
https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/~flod/webstatus/?product=firefox-ios
will still show these errors. So take a peek there if you see something
unexpected in the L10N builds for your locale.

I will probably have a build available later today.

The fix of translation was just committed as r147063.
