Pootle Mozilla Locamotion upgrade

Hi,
We will be upgrading https://mozilla.locamotion.org/ server again at
10 May 2016 17:00 UTC (in 50 minutes). We expect the
migration to take 15 minutes.
The reasons to upgrade are to:
- Minor changes in UI to highlight the most important next action for
translators
- Got rid of annoying warning popup in editor when user hasn't
actually changed anything
- Added support for rejecting/accepting suggestions with comments from reviewer
- Improved performance of timeline
- Fixed multiple security vulnerabilities
- Fixed issue with Machine Translation
We will send you an email once the upgrade is completed.
