Please join me in congratulating Nicolas Chevobbe (nchevobbe on bugzilla
and IRC) for becoming a Firefox DevTools module

Nicolas has been contributing to DevTools very actively this year, taking
on the awesome challenge of attempting to fix one bug per week (which he did
<https://twitter.com/nicolaschevobbe/status/798556172680826880>!), and
playing a key role in the React/Redux rewrite of the console output panel
(among other things).

Being a peer, Nicolas can now perform code reviews for changes made to the
DevTools code.
Make sure to send him your review requests!
