DevTools on Experimental Features page?

The revamped Nightly upgrade page[1] (that appears once every ~6 weeks)
links to a relatively new Experimental Features MDN page[2].

Currently this MDN page only collects platform features enabled for some
subset of channels along with prefs to flip them on for people who are
interested.

Should we add a DevTools section to this page for major things like new
debugger, new console, new RDM, etc.?

I'm confidant Pascal will be excited about that and help us contribute to
the new communication channels that are poping up around Nightly builds.

Great! I added some notes on DevTools features I noticed scrolling through
the prefs file.

I wasn't sure how to summarize the debugger and console efforts, so
hopefully others can fill in something.
