Problem using full-page screenshot developer tool with certain websites

hi, I am using F12 developer tools to do full-page screenshot.
However, it does not work with all websites layouts like this https://www.coursera.org/learn/machine-learning/discussions/all/threads/f_8LcOlvEeSnBSIAC4s0zg (you need to have a coursera account to check the full content)
