This is most likely coming from
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/dfc97e92b5e3

Most importantly we see an increase in the Developer Toolbar entry point.
Previously we didn't record this entry point if the toolbar was
automatically starting, now we do.

So overall it's an expected change, and gives a rough idea about how many
users have the command line
enabled across restarts.

A quick correction on my previous statement,

"Developer Toolbar" is a new value which is only recorded when the toolbar
automatically opens on startup.
If a user starts the toolbar via a shortcut or a menu item, this is still
recorded as a KeyShortcut, SystemMenu or HamburgerMenu entry point.

So my previous message saying that the entry point "increased" was
incorrect.
