Sorted list of devtools intermittent failures

We figured out a way to get a sorted list of our intermittents in orange factor. The link can be found in the “Sorted Top Oranges” cell in this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZsZiCLN_nvEdaw1iTz54_b7I1uzo0Dt4bwrJgdMD75U/edit#gid=45619545. The top three oranges browser_wa_destroy-node-01.js, browser_webconsole_netlogging.js, and browser_menu_item_02.js make up the majority of our failures, but there’s still a number in there that are really frequent.

If anyone wants to help, please feel free to take anything off that list. In particular, anything that has "operation not possible on dead CPOW” is especially low hanging fruit.
