I need more events from new toolbar customization system

Hello,

I'm trying to make PrefBar compatible with Australis.

I've already fixed many things, but I still have problems to get
notified about things, that are important for me to redraw my toolbar item.

- I need to know when my toolbar item moves over to the overflow menu.
- ... and the other way around (overflow menu back to toolbar)
- I need to know when an overflow menu is opened.

Are there any events, I can use for this? And if not: Would it be
possible to get them added?
