[Dropped the other recipients]
A fully moderated community list is difficult to scale (hold all by
default, pass each message individually), but a accept by default, block
certain "offending" posters to the lists may keep the spamming off (it'll
still have the first time spamming - but let's make sure, not a second
time).
If nobody has issues with we managing a blacklist for this list (I don't
know, if we are) & putting this "
sup...@openweb.co.za" in there - the list
admins (Arun R, Mary Colvig or Vineel) should just go ahead and do it.
Raise your hands if you have concerns with Mozilla India list having a
blacklist.
Essentially it's a policy change from "Allow All" to "Revoke Certain".
