Dear All,

I would like to chime in with 3 comments.

First, to emphasize the importance of giving your feedback. This is an important moment for Mozilla India -- it's probably only once every 4-5 years that we will step back so substantially to plot the course of the future. This is your chance to shape how this next phase will unfold. Your input is absolutely necessary to get to the best answer.

Second, this is specifically designed to be a process that combines two important aspects of Mozilla (based on our open source values) -- openness to the best ideas and having a set of people be accountable for tough decisions. I would like to commend the members of this Working Group for stepping up to be accountable for this tough decision that will help Mozilla India reach its potential.

Third, a tremendous thank you to the 10 individuals/groups who submitted proposals for everyone to review. This was an important service to this community.

Regards,
George
