Firefox command-line hack day

The devtools team is staging a distributed hackday tomorrow to get
people writing custom commands for the new command line ( gcli ) feature
in Firefox Nightly:

I was talking to Dave Camp about this today, and wondered if I could add
commands via the SDK. Turns out it's not terribly hard:

There are some rough edges, like the fact that the SDK's unload handler
never gets called on uninstall ( see this bug: https://bugzil.la/627432
and the bottom of this page in the docs: http://is.gd/Vqtzge ) but, it
works on my box!
