Job Title: SENIOR GAME QA TESTER
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 6months
Visa:H1b, GC, GC EAD, USC, TN
Note: Strong game testing experience
Responsibilities include:
• Manage tasks and testing scope for multiple testing projects
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation for projects
• Work closely with developers, producers, product managers, and executives throughout the product lifecycle
• Possibly responsible and accountable for final signoff for game releases
• Assist other QA members on projects as needed
• Involved in deeper level individual testing efforts of high priority features
• Responsible for product/game integration testing efforts
Skills, experience and educational requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years game testing experience
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of product development cycles
• Knowledge of the free-to-play business model
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Inquisitive mindset with a passion for mobile games; previous mobile testing experience is desired but not required
• Experience with live ops testing including sales, promotions, and server/client updates to game products is a plus!
• Experience testing server/client interaction, network resiliency and traffic monitoring, scripting, and/or third party SDK integration testing is a plus
