My Mooltipass has failed

Blank display, leds turn off when touched

To say that this is an inconvenience would be an understatement. Any advice would be appreciated.

after testing a little more, it seems that it is in fact only the display which has failed. However, I cannot enter my password to retrieve my credentials.

Hi Mathieu,
I can't think of anything I've done to cause the failure. The problem occurred when I was changing the USB port the mooltipass was connected to, it was working fine only moments earlier.
