Hi fellow Python Developers,

I am reaching out to you as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with Interrail in search of a Python Developer to work onsite in our Montreal office with our team of 3 Python Developers, a Product Owner, a UI/UX Designer, Quality Assurance Analyst, DevOps Resource & 2 Front-End Developers. The Python Developers that we currently have on the team have 5+ years of experience so we are open to speaking to anyone with over 3 years at this time as we feel there is opportunity for this new hire to learn a great deal from the current developers already on site. About You

 -     You have a degree in Computer Science, or equivalent

-          You’ll be developing in Python

-          You're the type of person who can handle a fair amount of work freedom, while understanding how to manage yourself

-          You thrive off solving unique problems

-          You know when to build something on your own, or when to leverage existing solutions

-          You are curious and ready to challenge established ideas

-          You have the ability to work in areas outside of your usual comfort zone, and get things done

-          You like to have fun, work hard, and don’t take yourself too seriously

 

Technologies/Environments

-          Python, JavaScript, jQuery, web services (SOAP, RESTful), MongoDB or other [No]SQL databases

-          Assets: Twisted, Pyramid, Django, WTForms, Responsive Design Development, Mobile-first development experience, E-Commerce integration, Agile development process, [A]TDD/Unit-testing experience
