Text Selection issues in Jelly Bean Device

Hi

We are using monocle for reading eBooks.

My text selection works fine in android less than 4, but there is a problem when it comes to jelly bean devices.

We are using android webview with monocle javascript for reading eBooks files

Is there a problem with android webview or monocle is blocking the text selection.Can any one pls guide me in this issue.
