Initial layout is a line for TOC

I'm getting a strange layout issue upon first showing of the app.  Just wonder if anyone has run into it.  Basically, its just a long line down left side instead of showing table of contents.  If I swipe to next page and back, it is correct so its just the first showing of it.

I should probably add this is on Android - doesn't matter the version, happens sporadically on 4.4 up to 7.1.

Decide to simply hack a delay before loading the book which seems to have taken care of it in my limited testing.  Probably some Chromium thing...

I was wandering if you were able to implement Mononcle 3.2 and if you had a good reference example.  I cannot even get simple html content to load properly with the new version.
