find Robomongo ,but seems not support mongodb 3.0,Robomongo  embeds the same JavaScript engine that powers MongoDB's v2.2 mongo shell,is there any other tool similar with Robomongo  and support 3.0,thanks

What do you mean by tools to develop the mongo shell? You can write or load scripts for the mongo shell if you want to customise it:

The best way to ensure compatibility is using the `mongo` shell that matches your version of MongoDB.

If you're looking for an admin tool, I would check out the listings at http://mongodb-tools.com (purpose: "GUI"). There are a number of tools that have been updated with 3.0 support.
