Can Some one please help with MongoDB.Driver 2.0.0 example documentation

Hi ,

I am not finding any help documentation helpful for this driver version. 

Can some one please send some help documentation on this api, it is difficult to work using version otherwise.

I am finding hard to specify filter definition in any of the async method for my custom entity.

Also not finding any useful documentation on iteration like cursor, count, index wise access foreach iteration.
