Lost access to Two Factor authentication app

I had the two factor authentication enabled for my account in mongodb.com but I lost access to the Google Auth app that I used to configure it, now I can't access MongoDB Atlas.
I'm not a subscription customer (only a student) so I can't file a ticket for support, is there any way to recover my account?

Hi Hygor,

You can utilise your back-up recovery codes or a back-up phone number if you have lost access of Google Auth.

If both are unavailable, you can open a support ticket on MongoDB's Issue Tracker using the same credentials that you would use for cloud.mongodb.com.
