[C# driver] Guid id is not generated on document insert after OfType

Hi,

According to documentation, OfType has next description:

"All operations using this filtered collection will automatically use discriminators as necessary"

and it is true for most cases except document insert.

The problem is that OfTypeSerializer don't realize IBsonIdProvider interface and as a result on document insert it don't provide any id.
