i am facing this problem when i access the mongo. First time installation.

Any idea what's causing this?

Hi,

These are not errors, just warnings. These indicate that your server in not secure for authenticated access. Anyone having access to the machine can access the database server. Apart from that you should be good to start your development using this DB server. For more information on security in general, please refer the link shared by Rhys.
