Tools recommendation for mongodb 3.4.x

Hi,

We started using mongodb 3.4.x open source.

Any tool/utility recommendation for the 

1) Index recommendations (that we used to get using dex in previous versions of 2.4/2.6)?

2) Monitoring (that we used to achieve through MMS before)?

3) I see an entry in the mongodb log where an aggregate statement took really long time and the plan summary is given below:

What is the meaning of  "protocol:op_query"?

4) Do you think 10gen/mongodb company supports (production support) the open source installations ? Say professional licensing?

5) Are there any other 3rd parties that will support mongodb such as object rocket, mlab etc?
