.mongorc.js' failed with errno:13 Permission denied

Not able to connect to mongo shell from pycharm on mac book

2017-03-22T12:29:07.861-0700 I STORAGE  In File::open(), ::open for '/Users/anilthorat/.mongorc.js' failed with errno:13 Permission denied

The ".mongorc.js" file located in your home folder could not be executed

Any help appreciated.
