MongoDB Ruby driver v2.4.0.rc0 and bson gem 4.2.0.rc0 are released

Release candidates for the MongoDB Ruby driver and bson gem supporting the upcoming 3.4 release of the MongoDB server are now available.

The driver includes a dependency on the new bson gem, version 4.2.0.rc0. The new features available in this bson gem version can be found here: https://github.com/mongodb/bson-ruby/releases/tag/v4.2.0.rc0
