MongoDB 3.0.0-rc10 is released

MongoDB 3.0.0-rc10 is out and is ready for testing. This is the culmination of the 2.7.x development series.

Fixed in this release candidate:

SERVER-17141   session->truncate failed with File Not Found in WiredTigerRecordStoreThread for local.oplog.rs

SERVER-17299   Extraneous memory allocations in snappy hurt WiredTiger performance on Windows

SERVER-17344   RC9/wiredTiger batched insert performance regression
