Announcing libbson and libmongoc 1.3.6

I'm pleased to announce version 1.3.6 of libbson and libmongoc, the libraries constituting the MongoDB C Driver.

libbson

No change since 1.3.5; released to keep pace with libmongoc's version.

libmongoc

This release backports some bugfixes from the master branch so that the PHP driver can take advantage of them in the near term before the 1.5.0 release:

• Connect timeout when libmongoc is used by the MongoDB PHP Driver to connect to a replica set with one or more unresponsive members.
  
• "connection timeout" and "connection error" messages were swapped.
  
• "make abicheck" failed.
