MongoDB 3.6.0-rc3 is released

MongoDB 3.6.0-rc3 is out and is ready for testing. This is the culmination of the 3.5.x development series. 

Fixed in this release candidate:

• SERVER-28599  Test MarkThreadTemporarilyIdle with free list initialization
• SERVER-30715  Print replica set config on logRotate
• SERVER-31380  Add metrics related to tcmalloc acquiring and decommitting memory from system
• SERVER-31392  Test changeStreams when an unsharded collection becomes sharded
• SERVER-31462  convertToCapped + renameCollection with dropTarget can cause a segfault
• SERVER-31667  ChunkSplitter shouldn't be logging confusing things to the user when it isn't active
• SERVER-31820  log UUID during collection drop
• WT-3223       Output progress messages during long checkpoint operations
