Feature: method of Mojo::Message that will automatically detect charset and decode body

Will be cool to have method that detect encoding from Content-Type header or in html (<meta charset="...">, <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" ...>) that will make decode body.

May be need to see how it implemented here:

It's pretty messy, and i doubt we'll ever have it in Mojolicious core.
