Hi Wolts - 

You can record the message id and hash that is returned when a message is sent with the transaction.send API call - then check the results later with the 

transaction.lookup API call. 

Alternatively, if you only know the user  mobile number, you can check with:

user.transactions

These are both easy to try out in the API explorer.
