Problem activate Visual MODFLOW 2011.1

Hello!

I have problem with activate my Visual Modflow 2011.1

Install and run programm and show window with buttons "Activate Now" and "Go".

I click on "Activate Now" button and view window "Have you receives an email with your license file?". I click "Yes" because I have license file.

Browse and open license file and click "Ok".

Next widow disappears and again after a few seconds, a window with buttons "Activate Now" and "Go".

If I click on "Go" window disappears and and for a moment there is a new blue window and disappears.

If I click on "Activate Now" > click "Yes" > browse file license and click "Ok" then window appears with error: "File C:/ProgramData/VisualMODFLOWPro/key.lic already exists." and button "Ok". If I click "Ok" window disappears and again appears welcome window with button "Activate Now" and "Go".

 

Windows 7 32bit

 

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.

To C:/Users/name/AppData/Roaming/VisualMODFLOWPro/LicenseLogFile.txt:

Messege: Error code: -37
Not valid license was found.

 

Please help, how activate Visual Modflow 2011.1?

Hi!

I had these problems in case of unavailability of network licens.

Try contacting the visual modflow guys. Sometimes changing licenses also causes these kind of issues.
