Installation error

Hi,

I am having  trouble installing the ModelSim PE student edition.

I received the dat file license in my email.

I saved the dat file into the "Modeltech_pe_edu_10.4a"  folder, however when I try to simuate files, I get this error message (see the attachment). 

Does anyone know how I can solve this issue?
